Student registration at 10:00; the ceremony itself starts at 11:00 AM, and should be concluded by noon.  Refreshments will follow.

Note: The ceremony is open only to previously obligated engineers and candidates who will be taking the obligation and receiving a ring that day.  If you are qualified but not currently obligated and would like to attend as a candidate, please contact Denard.Lynch@usask.ca for details or questions.

Mar 14th - May 2nd 2017 SES Public Speaking Course

Brush up on your public speaking skills under the guidance of recognized trainer Edwin C. Edquist, P. Eng. (SK, AB).  Through the Saskatoon Engineering Society (SES), an 8 week course will be offered on Tuesday evenings starting Tuesday, March 14th, at 7:00 pm.

This class is full.   Course fee will be $50 payable to SES.


Mar 20th 2017 SES Tour to PAMI

This tour of the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute will take place in Humboldt.

A free bus leaves the Engineering Building U of S campus at 5:30 pm

Times:  Golf at 5:45 pm, Supper at 7:00 pm

Who is welcome:  members, guests, and children.

Costs:  First 50 people get to golf and supper for $10,  children 12 and under $6

Adults  choice of 1.  veggie burger with fries and a drink 2. chicken burger with fries and a drink or 3. beef burger with fries and a drink

Door open 6:00 pm, Buffet at 6:30 pm, Guest Speaker 7:15 pm, AGM 7:45 pm, Award Presentations to follow.

Guest Speaker:  Shawn Moen, CEO and General Manager of 9 Mile Beer.

Cost $10 per person. 

At the AGM, there will be a motion proposed to change the SES Bylaws.
