Arian completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2010. Arian has been active with the Saskatoon Engineering Society since 2019 and held the role of Director and Vice President. In his free time, Arian enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new places, playing squash, and reading. Arian is passionate about cars, and mechanical devices, and loves working on them. |

Akinniyi Akinpelu MSc., P.Eng., PMP., CAMPAkinniyi is a Professional Engineer, and he completed his Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2006. Akinniyi has been active with the Saskatoon Engineering Society since 2019 and held the role of Director. In his spare time, Akinniyi enjoys spending time with family, studying and playing soccer. |

Sumith Kahanda, PhD, P.Eng., PMP, CSSGBhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/sumithkahanda/ Sumith is a Professional Engineer, and Project Manager with SaskWater. Sumith has been active with SES since 2018. He was the President during 2021/22 fiscal year. He has been active with ASQ Saskatchewan Chapter, PMP Saskatchewan North Chapter. He has been a mentor for many engineers, especially for International Graduate Engineers. Sumith has been awarded Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for his exemplary service and contribution to the community. |

Zygmunt Kowal, MSc. (Retired P.Eng.)Zygmunt is a retired Mining Engineer educated in Poland at the Mining and Metallurgy Academy in Krakow. Zygmunt has worked in a copper mine in Austria. In 1969, he immigrated to Canada and began work in the Subarctic region and then later in a Uranium mine in Saskatchewan. He has many years of mining and consulting experience working in Canada and beyond. Zygmunt has been with SES for a number of years. He is the treasurer for the past 7 years. |

In his time away from the University, he is part of a third and fourth generation family farming operation producing raw materials for food, feed, fuel and fibre. He has been an active volunteer with the SES for over 12 years and enjoys learning new things whether on the farm, in the classroom or on the dance floor. |
